My name is Ben Peterson, and I am an IT Support Specialist. I work at Med Center Health in Bowling Green, KY as a Lead Help Desk Analyst. In the Spring of 2019, I graduated from Georgetown College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Data Analytics, with a minor in Computer Science. Since then, I have obtained the CompTIA A+ IT Professional certification (February 2025), and the Dell Parts Warranty certification (Fall 2024).

Throughout my educational and professional experiences, I have enjoyed opportunities that have furthered my skillset and made me more qualified in my field. My roles at Med Center Health, Graves-Gilbert Clinic, and Deloitte Global have led me to grow my technical support, project management, leadership, documentation, knowledge library management, overall communication, and process improvement skills.
